I was born and raised in Monroe and have lived in the area my entire life. I have over 30 years experience working in the construction industry in the Monroe Area. My experience started in the roofing industry, then moved to new home construction working on home exteriors. I then started my own business in 2001, A Licensed Contractor, until 2009 when I took time off to care for my ailing father. During that time, I was a general contractor, I gained more experience and learned a lot more about the construction industry. After my father passed in 2011, I started working for a local home refurbisher that worked for a national corporation that purchases default homes from banks. Then in 2014 the project manager started his own company purchasing homes to flips. He selected me and others to work for him. Here I gained a lot of experience and was jack of all trades, doing work from the outside to the inside. Due to recent changes in the market he has downsized to one employee on the books and let me and others go. I enjoyed the work and every job was unique. Now I am starting a new chapter in my life with my new business, TimForSale.
