For 2 hours first time customers living in Monroe and Sultan can have me and my tools repair things around their home for $50. Additional hours will be at regular rates. This will be a $50 minimum service call.
Time will start either at the retailer when picking up supplies or arriving to your home to start work. Depending on which comes first. I take payment in check or cash in person. I do not have a credit card terminal. I have a PayPal business account and can take visa, mastercard, and any other payment accepted by PayPal via my Pay Bill link. There is a 4% charge added to cover what PayPal takes for those payments.
Materials
All materials required will be paid by you, the customer. I will create a materials list for you and go to the supplier of your choice, Home Depot, Lowes, Dunn Lumber, Floor and Decor, etc. to pick up materials. Upon check out the salesclerk will complete a phone sales with you to purchase the materials over the phone. If I am at Home Depot you can use your Home Depot card or at Lowe's you can use your Lowe's credit card. All retailers will take visa and mastercard for phone sales. You will receive a receipt via email from most of them and I will also give you the printed copy.
Or you may shop online to purchase the supplies to have them either shipped to your home or for me to pick up at the store, be sure they tag your purchase with my name for picking up. I also have no problem with meeting a customer at a retailer while they're shopping and using my van to haul materials for the job from there when they make the purchase. I work hourly for you. My time is your money, I respect that, and it is yours to do with as you need within reason.
There may be a negotiated trip charge but you will be made aware and given the chance to agree to it when your job may require it before the trip is taken. For instance, I did a floor in Monroe and they bought the material in Woodinville. I was on the clock from Monroe and there was and a $25 trip charge to get the supplies. My van is not great on gas. I will not drive for you for an hour at my hourly rate. My van can run through almost as much gas an hour as I charge per hour.
