I'm gonna share a few links to some jobs done for my previous employer. This is a little airbnb on Rucker in Everett. It was a single car garage in the alley that had a 2nd level storage below grade of the alley that the bed and bath are in. Cute as can be. If you know anyone that is visiting Everett I'd recommend staying there. The stairs I installed are as steep as can be but the loft stairs was what the footprint called for.
Zillow link to the last home flip for my previous employer. We were down to just 3 employees for this one. I did the floor, base and casing, removed the window in the back of the kitchen and installed the sliding glass door in its place, resized the window in the master bath so the shower could fit where it is, fixed some doors & installed some new doors, wired in all new outlets and switches, installed half the kitchen cabinets and the bath vanities, installed shower controls, hooked up the plumbing in the kitchen and bath sinks, toilets, etc... You get the picture. Zillow shows the price my boss paid and what he sold them for so I'm just going to show them here. 3bds/2ba 1,610 sqft. Bought for $450k and sold for $645k I'm not going to explain what happened in all of these. You know by the price coming in and going out it was a lot more than replacing the carpet. 4bds/3ba 2068 sqft. Bought for $708k and sold for $1.125m Well that should give you an idea of what I've been doing for the last 10-15 years. We were restoring these old homes into new condition. They all have the original listing photos from when my boss listed them for sale. |
